What EquiPair is

A private space for two people to log what happens between them and receive impartial, automated feedback. It is a wellbeing tool.

What it is not

It is not therapy, counselling, medical or legal advice, and it does not replace a professional. It is not suitable where there is abuse, control or fear in a relationship — please use the Safety page. Feedback is generated automatically and can be wrong; treat it as a prompt for a conversation, never as a verdict about a person.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You are responsible for what you write and for keeping your sign-in details private.
  • Do not use the app to harass, pressure or expose anyone.
  • Connecting a partner shares your joint entries with them. Solo reflections stay private to you.

Plans

  • Free: typed logging, the balance gauge, 3 insight cards and 1 coffee talk per week, and all safety features.
  • EquiPair Plus: €9.99 per month or €79 per year. One subscription covers both partners of a connected couple.
  • EquiPair Professional: €29 per month for verified couples therapists, up to 15 active couples. Couples connected to an active Professional with both partners' consent receive Plus at no cost while the connection lasts.
  • Prices include VAT where applicable.

Free trial

Every new couple gets a 14-day Plus trial without entering a card. When the trial ends the account returns to Free automatically; nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.

Automatic renewal

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the price then in force, and the stored payment method is charged, until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage subscription, which opens the secure billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then and no further payment is taken.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we will tell you and retry. Paid features stay available for 7 days; after that the account returns to Free until payment succeeds.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU)

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, by writing to [EMAIL] or using the billing portal, and you will be refunded within 14 days.

Because EquiPair is a digital service supplied immediately, at checkout you ask us to start the service straight away and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided. If you withdraw after starting to use the paid features, we may deduct an amount proportional to the period used.

Refunds

Apart from the withdrawal right and where the law requires it, payments for a period already started are not refunded, but you can cancel to stop the next renewal. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it promptly.

Price changes

We may change prices. We will tell you by email and in the app at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the account page, which removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend an account that is used to harm someone.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of anything the app shows you. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Greek law and do not deprive you of protections under the law of your country of residence. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or the Greek Consumer Ombudsman.
